BR19 is used to request a Retirement Pension Forecast from the
Pensions Service to find out what your projected state pension
benefits at retirement might be, and also what steps you can
take to increase them.

Form
BR20 is used to request a valuation of any pension rights
acquired in the State Earnings Related Pension Scheme (SERPS)
- now the State Second Pension (S2P).
Unfortunately,
we are unable to supply a downloaded version of this form because
the DWP insist that any completed forms must be originals -
copies are not allowed. To obtain a supply of Form BR20 you
can phone the DWP on 0845 3000 168.
